## How the hours work

- ### The first call is free

  15 minutes with Francis, 30 with Brigitte or Henry. You explain the question; they tell you whether a paid hour will answer it.
- ### Invoiced after the call

  Syba sends the invoice after the paid hour. This page asks for no card and takes no payment.
- ### Counted against the Diagnostic

  Book the EUR 2,500 Agent & Cyber Diagnostic within 30 days of a paid hour, and the hour counts against it in full.

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
