## What does personal cyber insurance cover?

Every Syba plan covers identity theft, cyber ransomware and extortion, online fraud and cyber crime, cyber bullying and counseling, and cyber breach events with data recovery.

Higher plans add cyber security and privacy liability, third-party cyber liability, cryptocurrency cover and single-member LLC cover. Each line responds under the terms of the issued policy.

## Who is covered?

From a single household on Silver to the complete family or household, single-member LLCs and household staff on the upper plans, at home and while traveling.

## How is it different from identity monitoring alone?

Monitoring tells you something happened. Syba adds the people who help you act on it, and cover for the covered losses.

That means a 24/7 cyber team you can call about a strange email, text or caller, a browser agent that flags fake sites, alerts when your email addresses show up in a data breach, and five minutes of training a month.

## How do you buy it?

Pick a plan on the pricing page and check out online, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any month with a prorated refund.

Syba provides the membership, the monitoring and the response desk. In the United States, policies are placed through EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, Syba’s licensed insurance broker.

## What happens when you make a claim?

You file it once. One person takes ownership from the first report to the outcome, gathers the evidence and documents for the carrier, and the outcome is confirmed in writing.

## What is not covered?

Money a person chooses to send, even to a scammer, may not be covered. The coverage page shows, for every line, one example that is covered and one that is not.

The final word always belongs to the issued policy, never to a marketing page.
