Automatic renewal, in plain terms
Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval you selected until you cancel. Before your payment details were collected, you were shown the plan price, the billing interval, and these renewal terms, and you gave your consent to them. You can cancel at any time. See how to cancel.
What you are buying
Your subscription is for the SYBA monitoring, security, and incident response service. Insurance benefits, where included in your plan, are provided under separate policy documentation issued to you.
Completing your purchase starts a subscription and, where insurance is part of your plan, an insurance application. Purchase does not by itself bind insurance coverage. Coverage, limits, sub-limits, exclusions, eligibility, and state availability are set solely by the issued policy documentation. Nothing on this website amends that documentation.
Where your program is written under a master or group policy, the identity of the named insured, your status as a certificate holder, and the location of your certificate are set out in the documents issued to you.
Pricing and billing
Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable tax, and charged by Stripe.

Automatic renewal terms in full
Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing interval, at the same price and for the same interval you selected, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The charge recurs until you cancel.
For annual plans, we will send a renewal reminder before the renewal date. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you in advance of the change and give you an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect.
How to cancel
You can cancel your plan through any of the following routes:
- Email clientcare@myreliantinsurance.com with the subject line "Cancel my plan"
- Call 813-925-6000
- Use the manage-subscription link included in any Stripe payment receipt email
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period unless a refund applies. We acknowledge every cancellation request in writing within one business day. No retention call or additional step is required to cancel.
Refunds
When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the period you already paid for. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method. Any pro-rata refund of insurance premium is governed by the issued policy documentation and applicable state law.
Eligibility
To purchase a plan, you must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the United States, and located in a state where the program is available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits any obligation owed to you under an issued insurance policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which you reside, to the extent applicable to your purchase. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
