transparency · operating metrics

The numbers we operate on.

Most insurers publish nothing until a regulator asks. We hold the opposite view: if a number matters enough to run the company on, it matters enough to print. This page is our operating record, kept in the open and revised as the numbers move.

metrics updated June 12, 2026

Measured, not promised.

Eight figures, each one already in force somewhere in the product or the policy paper. When one moves, this wall moves with it.

How we make money.

Personal Guard is a monthly membership. Tiers are regional: four in the United States starting at $49 per month, three in the European Union. The subscription is the business. The monitoring, the concierge, the household training and the coverage placement all live inside it, and that is the revenue we run on.

Your scan score never sets your price. It is security context, nothing more: it does not move your premium, your tier or your eligibility. We built the scoring engine to make households safer, not to ration who gets covered.

The insurance itself is not our paper. Coverage is provided on a layered basis by A-rated carriers, the first $2,000,000 underwritten by Tokio Marine and the layer above it to $5,000,000 by Chubb, with policies placed through licensed insurance brokers. We sell the membership; carriers underwrite and issue the policy.

What we will publish next.

These are commitments, not data we hold today. They join the wall above when the measurement is solid, not before.

  1. 01

Claims counts and median resolution time

Once claim volume is statistically meaningful, we will publish how many claims we receive and the median time from first report to resolution. Below that threshold, small numbers would identify members and mislead more than they inform.

  2. 02

    Carrier mix

The share of bound coverage sitting with each layer of the program, by region, so you can see exactly whose paper stands behind your household.

  3. 03

    Uptime

Availability for the concierge line and the member dashboard, measured rather than asserted. We will not print an uptime figure until we can stand behind the measurement window.

A quote takes minutes, and your scan score never touches the price.

Insurance coverage is provided on a layered basis by A-rated carriers. The first $2,000,000 of coverage is underwritten by Tokio Marine; the layer above $2,000,000 up to the $5,000,000 limit is underwritten by Chubb. Policies are placed through SYBA’s licensed insurance brokers (EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the United States). Coverage, limits and availability vary by jurisdiction and are subject to the terms of the issued policy.
