For brokers

Your book, armored.

Syba gives your firm a cyber line for high net worth clients: up to $5M of capacity from A-rated carriers, Tokio Marine HCC and Chubb, a portal that takes a quote from one page to a signed policy, and commission you can read at a glance.

The portal is the product.

Not a referral form with a logo on it. A working surface: your clients, your quotes, your team, your numbers, in one place.

  • Your whole book on one screen.

Every household you manage, with its plan, coverage in force, monthly revenue and risk score. Filters, sort and search run client-side, so the table answers as fast as you type. The overview adds the four numbers you check first: clients, total coverage, commission year to date, and the client whose risk needs attention.

    /dashboard/broker/clients

  • A quote is one page.

Name, household, plan, add-ons, a note if you have one. Submit, and you get the signing link to pass to the household. The quote then sits in your list with its status and sign link, newest first, until it becomes a policy.

    /dashboard/broker/quotes

  • Run the work for them.

The broker workspace carries the same instruments as the client dashboard. Run a cyber audit, run a risk scan, or file an attack report on behalf of a client who would rather you held the controls. From the portfolio you can send a risk scan to a household directly.

    /dashboard/audit

  • Bring the firm with you.

Create an organization and your brokerage becomes a shared workspace. Owners hold the invite link, add teammates with it, and remove members when they leave. Quiet controls, clearly assigned.

    /dashboard/broker/team

  • Your name on the door.

Settings hold the white-label for your storefront: logo, brand color, slug and sending address, so what your clients see carries your identity. A co-branded landing page to sell Syba insurance is one request away from the overview. Your tier sits beside it, read-only and exact.

Open the sale with a Site Check

Before the first meeting, run the prospect's website through Syba Site Check. The owner sees, in plain English, how safe or exposed the site looks from the outside. A finding they can see opens the conversation; the cover that responds when it goes wrong closes it.

Site Check reads only what the public internet can see. A clean result is a good sign, not a guarantee.

  1. Run the check

Type the business's web address. The check is passive: it reads the home page, a few public files and the DNS records, the way any visitor's browser would.

  2. Show the result

A score, with every finding in plain English: the certificate, HTTPS, security headers, cookies, and the email records (SPF, DMARC, DKIM) that stop someone sending mail in the company's name.

  3. Propose the protection

Each finding carries a fix prompt for the company's developer or AI coding agent. What stays open is the reason for cyber cover: you place the policy, and Syba runs the response if something happens.

  4. Keep watching

A free account keeps one site and every report. The paid monitoring plans check more sites on a schedule, so you can return with an update instead of a sales call.

How co-branded pages work.

A partner page is your own page on Syba's domain, with your brand on it.

  • Your own address.

Each partner gets a page at sybainsurance.com followed by its name. A client who follows your link lands on your page, not on a general one.

  • Your brand on it.

Your firm's name and brand lead the page, next to Syba's cyber protection for your clients.

  • Checkout on Syba's Stripe account.

Clients pay on Syba's Stripe account, so there is no payment setup for your firm to build or maintain.

Your page is set up on the partner call.

Pages already live

Commission you can read.

The commission page is a ledger, not a promise: period, clients, gross MRR, commission and payout, each month with its status. Your tier sits on your settings page, read-only.

Payouts run monthly through Stripe Connect once payout onboarding opens on your account.
