SMS terms & opt-in

This page describes Syba's text-messaging (SMS) program, how you give consent to receive messages, and how to stop them at any time.

1. The program

Syba (Syba Security Corp, Inc.) operates a customer-care and appointment text-messaging program. When a prospective customer speaks with a Syba representative by phone about cybersecurity insurance and asks to receive information, Syba sends a small number of transactional text messages: a link to book a short introductory meeting, and a one-time call-recording / privacy notice. This is not a marketing or promotional blast program.

2. How you opt in (consent)

You provide express opt-in consent in one of two ways:

  • Verbally, during a live phone call. A Syba representative speaks with you, explains that Syba can text you a link to book a meeting, explicitly asks for your permission to text you, and only proceeds after you verbally agree and confirm your mobile number. Calls may be recorded for quality and consent records.
  • On this page, by entering your name and mobile number and checking the consent box in the form below.

Consent is never a condition of any purchase. Syba does not send texts to anyone who has not given this express consent, and does not use purchased lists or auto-dialed/bulk messaging.

4. Message types & frequency

Messages are transactional and triggered by your request. You will typically receive 1–2 messages per interaction (a booking link, plus a one-time recording/privacy notice). This is not a recurring subscription; we do not send ongoing promotional campaigns.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

7. Opt out (STOP) & help (HELP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email support@syba.io.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the messages described above. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
