Insurance coverage is provided on a layered basis by A-rated carriers. The first $2,000,000 of coverage is underwritten by Tokio Marine; the layer above $2,000,000 up to the $5,000,000 limit is underwritten by Chubb. Policies are placed through SYBA’s licensed insurance brokers (EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the United States). Coverage, limits and availability vary by jurisdiction and are subject to the terms of the issued policy.

What is not covered?

Every line above shows a not covered example next to its covered one, so the boundaries are visible before you buy. The final word always belongs to the issued policy, never to a marketing page.

Where is Personal Guard available?

In the United States and the European Union, through the tiers shown above for your region. Coverage, limits and availability vary by jurisdiction and are subject to the terms of the issued policy.

How do claims work?

Your concierge team owns the claim from first report to resolution. You file once, a real person takes it from there, and you follow the status from your dashboard.

Which tier do I need?

Does my security score change my price?

No. Your scan score is security context, nothing more. It never sets your price, your tier or your eligibility.
