By accessing or using any Syba service — including the syba.io website, the Syba iOS application, or any related software or service — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Syba provides cyber security tools and services including: a mobile application for network scanning, breach monitoring, and social-username monitoring; 24/7 access to a cyber security helpdesk team; cyber insurance coverage arranged through licensed insurance partners; and behavioural-change training content.
Syba is not licensed as an insurance agency or third-party administrator in any jurisdiction. We do not engage in the solicitation of insurance. Insurance products are provided by our licensed insurance partners (EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the US; appropriate EU partners in Europe).
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at customer.service@syba.io of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Syba name, logo, and all content on our platform are the intellectual property of Syba Security Corp, INC. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syba disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Syba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This offering is subject to content and price changes without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For European customers, mandatory provisions of applicable EU consumer protection law shall also apply.
We may update these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
