Damages including liability assumed under contract and related Defense Costs; covers failure to prevent or disclose a Security or Privacy Breach, malicious-code transmission to a third party, and DoS-attack participation.
Notification expense fees (legal, forensic, printing, mailing, postage), Breach Support, and 24-month Credit Monitoring; covers unauthorized collection or theft of Private Information, hacking attacks, and loss of unsecured data.
Reasonable costs to replace, recreate, or restore Digital Assets. Direct Insured Loss capped at $100k sub-limit.
Reasonable costs to retain a third party specializing in IT Security; ransom payments. Covers credible threats including DoS, malicious-code infection, and phishing-attack threats.
Direct loss of Money, Securities, or Cryptocurrency. Crypto sub-limited to $100k.
Attorney fees to defend lawsuits, remove civil judgments, challenge credit reports, release medical records, contest tax liability, and contest wrongful transfer of Tangible Property; 24 months Credit Monitoring.
Therapist charges, childcare, temporary relocation, Digital Forensic analyst, Cyber Security Consultant; for minors: tutoring and tuition relocation. Capped at $50k.

The first $2,000,000 of coverage is underwritten by Tokio Marine HCC - Cyber & Professional Lines Group; the layer above $2,000,000 up to the $5,000,000 limit is underwritten by Chubb. Policies are placed through Syba’s licensed insurance brokers (EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the United States). Coverage, limits and availability vary by jurisdiction and are subject to the terms of the issued policy.
Cryptocurrency coverage and certain other benefits are subject to sublimits (for example, up to $100,000 where shown) and to the full terms, conditions and exclusions of the issued policy.
